These Real-Life® self-laminating P/S lockout tags allow you to attach a photograph of the specific person responsible for the lockout. These self-laminated lockout, safety and operational tags also allow you to write specific instructions in pen, pencil or marker. Then simply press down a pressure-sensitive laminating film which protects the tag from moisture, dirt, grease and chemicals. No equipment is needed to laminate these tags. Each tag has a pull strength that exceeds the OSHA-required 50 lbs. Printing is on rigid plastic and a 2 mil polyester lamination on either one or two sides.
