UNOPENED AND UNUSED ITEMS

If you wish to return an unused item, you may do so within 30 days of receipt, provided you obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.  Please comply with the following to help us process your return:

  • Item must be unopened, unused and sealed.
  • Please ship your item in its original packaging
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
  • Custom orders are not generally refundable unless they are incorrect or incomplete.

OPENED ITEMS

We are unable to accept any return of items that have already been opened and used unless you have received pre-authorization from us. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization for return of the materials.  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue you a credit for the amount of your order, including shipping charges. Please call your sales representative for assistance in obtaining an RMA.

Any items that you return to us must be in the original manufacturer's packaging. We suggest you keep the packaging (manuals, boxes, cables) for at least 30 days after your purchase.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Contact your sales representative to get an RMA number within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Prepare your shipment carefully: use original packaging and make sure that unopened/unused items are still factory sealed.
  3. Ship all items to IDESCO SAFETY CO., LLC

  5. All items must be shipped back freight prepaid.
  6. Shipment must arrive within 20 business days of issuance of RMA.
  7. Idesco Safety will issue a credit to the original account or credit card after inspection of the returned item. No credit will be issued for shipping on the original order.
